The staff were very helpful and friendly, whether it be with restaurant locations, helping to print boarding passes or disposing of a large cardboard box that my new luggage was packed in. They made the best impression on me during my stay.

I picked this hotel off the internet mainly for it’s location close to the airport and price. There are also a number of malls nearby a short walk or bus ride away as well as an LRT station and a couple of car rental agencies. Unfortunately, not many restaurants close to the hotel which doesn’t have it’s own restaurant but does provide a nice complimentary breakfast buffet.

The corner room I was in had a decent view though there wasn’t much to see bad weather. Many amenities in the rooms as well. Running out of space to write thi. The hotel is a bit expensive, but then again all the Hotels on Vancouver are very expensive. I loved this hotel but next time it will be Airbnb for sure. Very comfortable bed. Good experience here.

Appreciate the beverage they offer Close to the airport , yet very quiet. Very convenient as they provide transportation to the airport. Walked several blocks to a nearby Italian Restaurant which was very good. We left very early and we were able to take out our breakfast. Close to airport, clean, would stay there again! Hotel was okay for the most part, basic breakfast was fine. But the room could have been cleaner. The desk chair had white stains on it which was very off-putting. Clean hotel , lots of resto nearby. Don’t really remember anything about this hotel so couldn’t have been overly bad or great. Couldn’t have asked for a better hotel with a more convenient location, for the price, while on overnight layovers in Vancouver. Free airport shuttle, pancake making machine for breakfast along with eggs, bacon, sausage, breads, muffins and cereals.

What I find fantastic for any hotel, is the fact they have a do-it-yourself laundry service. The hotel is located near several decent restaurants and well enough near the sky train transport for Vancouver proper and North Vancouver.

Couldn’t fault it so we stayed a second time when back in Vancouver. Located 10 mins from Vancouver international airport, nice hotel, rooms are spacious and nicely set up. Although prices of hotels in the proximity of Vancouver are not low, this was the best deal that we could find. No unnecessary excess luxary. Breakfast buffet was simple but nice.

Because of our early check-out before breakfast started, the staff arranged breakfast boxes for us. Hotel is next to Costco and they have Costco’s membership for guests to borrow.
